Listen to make more putts.
I was at the Masters in 1996 and it was late in the evening, and Nick Faldo was practicing 8-10 footers. He was working on something that many golfers can benefit from. Here is how it works.
Take a few golf balls and put them in a circle approximately five feet away from the cup. See if you can listen for the ball to fall into the hole. It is harder than you think. Try to swing the club back and forth the same distance this will help control how far the ball will roll.

Dr. Michael Hurdzan designed this 27-hole course with his trademark
environmental sensitivity. Set among centuries old live oak trees and built on a
lowcountry plantation, the design captures traditional flavor of low flowing
earthworks and classic bunkering with each hole separated by vegetation. The
course has the finest amenities, including a 12,000 square-foot clubhouse with a
proshop, full service restaurant, special events facilities and an 8,000 square
foot outside patio. The Club is sure to be a top public facility on the east
coast and already is one of the most memorable and favorite courses in the area.
